Einsatzbereich
  • Der Druckluftzylinder CM2KB-Z von SMC wird in der industriellen Automatisierungs- und Fertigungstechnik eingesetzt.
  • Er eignet sich für Anwendungen, bei denen eine verdrehsichere Kraftübertragung erforderlich ist.
  • Die doppeltwirkende Ausführung ermöglicht eine kontrollierte Bewegung in beide Richtungen.
  • Die pneumatische Dämpfung wird bevorzugt eingesetzt, wenn eine besonders sanfte Endlagenbewegung erforderlich ist.
  • Die Vielzahl an Befestigungsmöglichkeiten bietet eine sehr hohe Freiheit in der Konstruktion, so dass der Zylinder an nahezu allen Pick- & Place-, Positionier- und Klemmanwendungen eingesetzt werden kann.
Beschreibung
  • Der Druckluftzylinder CM2KB-Z von SMC ist ein doppeltwirkender Zylinder in Grundausführung mit verdrehgesicherter Kolbenstange mit Außengewinde und pneumatischer Dämpfung.
  • Die verdrehgesicherte Kolbenstange verhindert ein Mitdrehen und ermöglicht eine präzise lineare Bewegung.
  • Der Zylinder ist für den Betrieb mit Druckluft ausgelegt und lebensdauergeschmiert.
  • Die robuste Konstruktion der Serie CM2 ist für einen gleichmäßigen Lauf und zuverlässigen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt.
